Sweep Inbox

Terms of Use

Last updated: January 29, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of Sweep Inbox ("the Service"). By creating an account or connecting a Meta Page, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

1. The Service

Sweep Inbox listens to public comments on Facebook Pages, Instagram Business profiles, and Meta ads you connect, classifies them with our models, and hides or surfaces them according to the profile you configure. We provide a dashboard for review, audit, and override.

We may add, change, or remove features. We will give you reasonable notice before removing a feature that materially reduces the Service's value, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering a contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe, for everything that happens under your account, and for keeping your contact and billing details current. One person, one login: do not share a single account across teammates.

3. Your content and licenses

You retain ownership of your Pages, ads, brand assets, and any data you bring into the Service. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process that content strictly to operate the Service, including running moderation, surfacing it in your dashboard, and producing aggregated, de-identified signals that improve our models.

Public comments on your surfaces are not your content. They belong to the people who wrote them. Meta is the source of record. We process them only to perform the moderation you authorize.

4. Acceptable use

Use the Service for its intended purpose: moderating your own Pages and ad accounts, or those you are authorized to manage. Do not:

  • Connect Pages or ad accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
  • Use the Service to suppress lawful speech, hide reviews you simply dislike, or interfere with elections, public health communications, or consumer-protection disclosures.
  • Reverse-engineer the model, scrape decisions at scale to train a competing product, or resell the Service without a written reseller agreement.
  • Use the Service to violate Meta Platform Terms, applicable law, or the rights of any third party.
  • Probe, load-test, or interfere with the integrity of the Service.

5. Meta compliance

The Service operates through the official Meta Graph API under Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You authorize us to call the API on your behalf, and you agree that Meta may suspend or revoke that access at its discretion. If Meta revokes access to a Page, our ability to moderate that Page ends immediately and is outside our control.

6. AI moderation: what to expect

Moderation decisions are produced by machine-learning models. They are accurate but not perfect. You can override any decision from the inbox, and we use your overrides to bias future decisions toward your tolerance.

You are responsible for setting your moderation profile and for the cumulative effect of those decisions on your audience. We are not responsible for revenue, reach, or engagement outcomes that follow from your configured settings or your overrides.

7. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Every account starts with a 7-day free trial that does not require a credit card and gives you full access to every feature. You are only charged when you choose a paid plan after the trial. Once a paid plan begins, it renews automatically at the end of each term (monthly or annual) until you cancel. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing; access continues to the end of the current paid period. Paid plans are non-refundable except where required by law: because you can evaluate the full product during the free trial, we do not issue refunds once a paid term has started.

All prices are exclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where we are required to collect them. Where we are not the tax collector, you are responsible for any taxes due in your jurisdiction. We may change pricing for future terms with at least 30 days' notice. Existing terms are unaffected.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if Meta revokes access in a way that prevents us from delivering the Service to you, if your payment fails repeatedly, or if continued service would expose us to legal risk. We will give you reasonable notice when we can.

You can close your account at any time. On closure, we delete or anonymize personal data per the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

We own the Service: the software, models, dashboards, copy, and trademarks (including "Sweep Inbox"). These Terms do not transfer any of our IP to you. Feedback you send us about the Service can be used by us without restriction or attribution.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that moderation will catch every damaging comment, that decisions will be free of false positives, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right (including Meta Platform Terms).

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction. Where you have non-waivable consumer rights under local law, those rights are unaffected.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced at least 14 days in advance via email to the account owner. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not, you can cancel before they take effect.

15. Contact
